About the Role:

Provide comprehensive support for students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being, working closely within the school community to foster confidence, resilience, and a love of learning. The position starts in January 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support students in achieving social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to address student needs.
• Design and deliver counseling programs and workshops to enhance student well-being.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Valid teaching certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of counseling experience.
• Experience in school counseling within the UAE.
