Job Description:

The Sea Freight Operations Executive will oversee import and export sea freight activities, work closely with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transport providers, and customs teams, and ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sea freight operations for both import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs teams.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including bookings, Bills of Lading (BLs), invoices, and delivery orders.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient cargo movement.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of sea freight operations and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
• UAE freight forwarding industry experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
