Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Security Officer (UAE National) to join our VVIP cinema team in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-profile role where integrity and professionalism are paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and absolute privacy of our VIP guests while maintaining a seamless, secure environment within the premises. The ideal candidate will have the presence and communication skills necessary to operate in a luxury hospitality setting, coupled with the tactical awareness of a security professional. You will act as a guardian of our brand standards, ensuring that security protocols are followed without compromising the guest experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive security and safety standards within the VVIP cinema premises.
- Monitor and control all access points to ensure strictly authorized entry for guests and staff.
- Ensure a smooth, secure, and uninterrupted experience for all high-profile guests and visitors.
- Coordinate closely with the Management team to implement and update security protocols and procedures.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents, medical emergencies, or safety alarms.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff identification and entry permits.
- Work with Engineering to ensure all surveillance systems and electronic locks are fully operational.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – This is a mandatory requirement.
- Previous professional experience in private security, executive protection, or as a police officer is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Physically fit, well-presented, and able to represent a luxury brand.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with UAE safety and security regulations (ADSSC/PSBD awareness is a plus).
