Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to join our creative design team. This role is fundamental to our development framework, requiring a professional who can transform architectural concepts into visually compelling renderings for management and marketing review. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial developments, focusing on realistic lighting, textures, and interior environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for major real estate projects in the UAE.
• Transform conceptual ideas and architectural plans into realistic digital visuals to meet management standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and design teams regarding project requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop complex interior and exterior visual scenes with accurate lighting, textures, and material application.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and industry-standard software (3Ds Max/SketchUp) for professional design outputs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience specifically in 3D visualization or architectural rendering.
• Strong background in management of industry-standard tools including 3Ds Max and SketchUp.
• Professional background in education or training regarding realistic lighting techniques and interior design visualization.
• Creative thinking skills with a focus on operational excellence and strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates and capable of managing multiple design tasks under deadlines.
