Senior Account Manager Executive – Dubai, UAE | Telescope Media Group

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Account Management: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor within the agency.
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of media and production projects, including video production, social content, photography, and animation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronize efforts between internal creative, production, and post-production teams to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Revenue Growth: Drive business development through proactive upselling, cross-selling services, and implementing robust client retention strategies.
• Budget & Scope Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the agreed scope, and maintain healthy profitability margins.
• Reporting: Provide clients and internal management with clear project updates, campaign performance data, and strategic recommendations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven experience in account management within media production companies or advertising agencies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Client Skills: Exceptional client-facing abilities with the confidence to lead high-level strategic presentations.
• Project Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple production timelines and lead diverse creative teams simultaneously.
• Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex creative concepts effectively.
• Location: Availability to work full-time in an on-site capacity at our Dubai headquarters.
