Job Description:

The Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager will oversee the complete accounting cycle and ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations. This role requires an independent professional capable of managing complex financial operations and supporting Management with detailed reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle all tax-related documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing, salary calculations, and related statutory requirements.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for in-depth financial analysis and data reconciliation.
• Operate ERP systems for efficient accounting and financial management.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support executive decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance procedures.
• Proven experience in managing complete accounting cycles and payroll functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Prior experience with FOCUS Accounting Software is considered an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certificate in Accounting or Finance.
