Senior Accountant | Ajman, UAE | Real Estate & Facility Management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage day-to-day GL, AP, and AR activities, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured within the ERP system.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Reconciliation: Perform detailed bank and supplier reconciliations alongside inter-company balance reviews to maintain data integrity.
• Tax & Compliance: Lead VAT accounting and filing in strict accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Operational Analysis: Monitor staff allocations and analyze cost variances to optimize project and facility profitability.
• Audit & Planning: Support internal and external audit requirements while assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or Master’s qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with UAE market exposure.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
• Technical Toolkit: Hands-on experience with accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform financial analysis and present data-driven insights.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting.
