🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance: Lead tax planning, manage accurate VAT filings, and ensure full compliance with the UAE Corporate Tax regime.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all financial operations and reporting align strictly with UAE Tax Laws and Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.
• Audit & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and government stakeholders.
• Financial Strategy: Identify tax optimization opportunities and support the leadership team with strategic financial insights and forecasting.
• Industry Expertise: Monitor and apply tourism-specific tax exemptions and sector-relevant financial reporting standards.
• Reporting: Oversee month-end closing, consolidated financial statements, and rigorous expense tracking for large-scale events.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA (Certified Management Accountant) qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with mandatory and proven experience within the UAE market.
• Sector Background: Prior experience in the Travel, Events, or Hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Tally ERP and direct hands-on experience with the UAE FTA portals.
• Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of UAE VAT regulations and the new Corporate Tax framework.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and the ability to work within a multicultural, fast-paced team.
