Job Description:
We are urgently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai on a permanent basis. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting operations, handle journal entries, and perform complex reconciliations for management review. You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliations in Dubai.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements to meet management fiscal standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and external auditing departments regarding financial transactions, VAT compliance, and payroll records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to maintain precise financial documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of professional accounting experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, UAE VAT regulations, and local compliance practices.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international accounting standards and financial laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced Dubai business environment and meet strict deadlines.
