🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including high-level financial reporting and the management of month-end closing cycles.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, perform monthly forecasting, and conduct rigorous variance analysis to monitor operational efficiency.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and provide technical support for both internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation meets international standards.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records in full compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS.
  • ERP Management: Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 360 to streamline financial data and production cost tracking.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the manufacturing management team to provide data-driven insights for strategic financial decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the UAE.
  • Sector Expertise: Strong background in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred (specifically in plastics, PET, or packaging).
  • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 360 is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of financial standards, UAE VAT, and corporate tax compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications like ACCA/CMA are an advantage).
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those on short notice will be given a high preference.
