Job Description:

HOLZCRAFT Machinery Trading L.L.C is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our fiscal stability, requiring a professional who has solid experience in the UAE trading environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring strict compliance with the latest UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle CA audits independently and provide high-level MIS reports for strategic decision-making. This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned accountant to take a leadership role within a structured and high-performing machinery trading firm.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and ledgers.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and comprehensive MIS reports for senior management review.
  • Manage UAE VAT filings and ensure full compliance with newly implemented Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Coordinate directly with external auditors and manage the successful completion of CA audits.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records, including bank reconciliations and inter-company documentation.
  • Support the Human Resources department with payroll accounting and employee benefit reconciliations.
  • Utilize Information Technology platforms like Odoo and Tally to optimize financial workflows.
  • Align all financial operations with local laws and internal company policies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience specifically within the UAE market.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in using Odoo and Tally accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance procedures.
  • Experience in dealing with CA audits and coordinating with external audit firms.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role in Ras Al Khor.
