Built upon world-class operational metrics, rigid fiscal governance parameters, and progressive material cost management frameworks, the organization coordinates extensive multi-million dollar structural projects, directs high-capacity architectural manufacturing lines, and ensures absolute corporate alignment with municipal building codes, federal trade guidelines, and advanced financial compliance criteria.

Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core financial leadership division and are seeking an experienced, operationally authoritative Senior Accountant to govern structural project ledger pipelines and direct joinery asset expense tracking pathways in Ras Al Khaimah. Configured for systematic business solutions leaders who possess an advanced fiscal command of contracting workflows and excel at managing multi-tier labor and material costs within fast-moving engineering contexts, this full-time track focuses on accelerating procurement-to-pay velocities, auditing transactional queues, and maximizing budget precision metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern daily heavy-industry corporate accounting operations, executing complete end-to-end management across general project ledgers, subcontracting allocations, and material accounts.
  • Prepare structured corporate financial reports, balance sheet analytics summaries, and asset performance reviews in strict compliance with federal regulations.
  • Oversee multi-project budgeting processes, real-time job costing lines, variance tracking, and rigid project cost control operations to defend profit margins.
  • Manage corporate VAT documentation pipelines, input-tax matching cycles, and federal quarterly tax file compliance tracking routines.
  • Supervise and process multi-tier workforce payroll operations, verifying labor attendance hours, site mobilization stipends, and end-of-service allocations.
  • Maintain, audit, and systematically optimize corporate enterprise accounting systems to ensure low-latency data flow and perfect financial tracking histories.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project directors, site execution teams, estimation departments, and quantity surveyors to verify raw material invoice validity.
  • Organize physical and digital financial record setups, preserving multi-year commercial audit trails, contract folders, and supplier transmittals.

🔹 Requirements:

  • B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Corporate Commerce from an accredited institution, securing an advanced theoretical command of commercial asset depreciation models, capital allocations, and quantitative risk analysis.
  • A minimum of 8 years of verified, high-performance professional history running corporate accounts desks, proving mandatory hands-on experience handling structural projects, factory raw material cycles, or contracting accounts within the Construction, Joinery, and Interior Fit-Out industry. Priority selection will be given to candidates available for immediate workspace deployment on-site in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating complex pivot tables, structural cost-comparison models, and margin analytics profiles inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Financial reporting processes, compiling analytical balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and cash-flow tracking matrices.
    • VAT regulation frameworks, input tax matching rules, commercial tax invoice criteria, and regional filing guidelines.
    • Budgeting frameworks and material cost control logic, project variance evaluation, waste calculations, and supplier lines.
    • Payroll systems management, labor allocation files, banking transfer requirements, and staff compensation parameters.
    • Enterprise resource platforms and modern accounting systems optimization loops, database entries, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
  • Outstanding corporate communication, reporting, and stakeholder bargaining talents, sharp analytical troubleshooting habits under tight month-end closing schedules, strict mathematical attention to alphanumeric details, and an exceptionally polished, authoritative presentation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed monthly salary package starting from AED 7,000 to 8,000 (negotiable based on experience, adjusted to a maximum gap of 2,000 AED as per structural parameters), determined entirely by past contracting portfolio defense, live structural costing evaluations, and financial system balancing trials during panel interviews.
  • An elite opportunity to capture total operational custody over high-value capital accounting pipelines and material procurement budgets within a market-leading fit-out group.
  • Stable career advancement pipelines supported by major corporate brand expansion and clear internal channels for financial controllers, regional audit managers, chief financial officers, or specialists moving toward internal compliance training and corporate human resource or hr jobs networks.
