Senior Administrator (Health Data Governance) – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Audits: Support the Head of Section in performing comprehensive data quality audits and generating detailed analytical reports.
• Governance & Integrity: Implement and maintain robust data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and integrity of health-related information.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, external regulatory bodies, and service vendors to resolve data-related issues.
• KPI Delivery: Assist in the execution of annual KPIs and operational work programs specifically for the health data governance function.
• Security Compliance: Strictly follow and enforce the Authority’s Information Security policies and Health & Safety regulations.
• Process Support: Prepare documentation and carry out specialized administrative tasks assigned by the leadership to ensure secure data management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in data governance, database administration, or data analytics.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of data quality frameworks, auditing methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Compliance Awareness: Strong familiarity with information security policies and international health data standards.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with professional communication skills.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field (IT, Business Administration, or Healthcare).
