Job Description:
Blue Line Group is seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to lead large-scale electrical projects. This role is fundamental to our operational success, requiring a professional who can provide strategic oversight from initial design evaluation through final commissioning. You will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring compliance with local utility authorities, and maintaining high-quality standards across all project phases. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical operations for major projects to drive the successful completion of project milestones.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to site-level engineering and installation teams.
- Review electrical designs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and design review to final commissioning and handover.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulations set by local utility authorities and UAE governing bodies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team productivity and specialized technical training.
- Utilize Information Technology and engineering software to monitor project timelines and quality compliance.
- Support education initiatives for junior engineers regarding regional electrical standards and safety protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong technical expertise in complex electrical systems and modern engineering practices.
- Proven background in the oversight of site teams and large-scale project operations.
- In-depth understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and local authority compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in IT tools and relevant engineering software for design and project tracking.
- Valid UAE driving license is considered a significant advantage for site visits.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
