Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including executive recruitment, structured onboarding, and complex employee relations.
- PRO & Immigration: Oversee all PRO functions, managing visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and high-level liaison with MOHRE and GDRFA.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to the latest UAE Labor Laws and statutory requirements to mitigate organizational risk.
- Policy & Administration: Lead the implementation of corporate HR policies, payroll coordination (WPS), and comprehensive office administration.
- Performance Management: Design and monitor performance appraisal systems and staff welfare initiatives to drive productivity and retention.
- Leadership: Provide mentorship to the HR and Admin teams, fostering a culture of excellence and organizational discipline.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional Tenure: Minimum 12 years of combined experience in HR and Administration roles across India and Dubai.
- Regulatory Expertise: In-depth, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, statutory compliance, and government-related portals (Tasheel, Amer, G2B).
- Functional Versatility: Proven capability in handling senior-level PRO responsibilities alongside traditional HR functions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal abilities, and the organizational capacity to manage multi-faceted departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to represent the organization to government authorities effectively.
