Senior HR Generalist – UAE | Faham Doors

About the Role:

Faham Doors is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their growing HR team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with local labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and local regulations.
• Manage employee relations matters and lead disciplinary processes.
• Provide payroll support and manage leave & attendance systems.
• Maintain HRMS/HRIS data accuracy and prepare regular HR reports.
• Support recruitment activities, performance management cycles, and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Practical experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
