Job Description:

The Senior HVAC Technician will provide specialized technical support for VRF systems and District Cooling (FCUs & AHUs). This role involves high-level maintenance, fault diagnosis, and supervision to ensure optimal system performance across multiple sites in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) for VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, and chilled water systems.
• Diagnose complex VRF system faults, including communication errors and refrigerant issues.
• Execute installation, commissioning, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging tasks.
• Supervise junior HVAC technicians and coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and control diagrams for accurate troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed service logs, PPM checklists, and technical reports for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5–7 years of solid UAE experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• Diploma or ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Specialized expertise in VRF systems (e.g., Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi) and District Cooling mechanisms.
• Familiarity with BMS/CMMS systems and local UAE HVAC standards.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and lead a technical team.
