Job Description:
A growing landscaping company in Dubai is currently seeking two experienced professionals for the position of Senior Landscape Estimator. This role is fundamental to our commercial operations, requiring seasoned experts with 10 to 15 years of solid experience specifically within the landscaping sector. You will be responsible for leading the estimation process, from initial drawing analysis to the final submission of high-value tender documents. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can join immediately and contribute to our expanding project portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity for a senior estimator to take ownership of project budgets and supplier coordination within a structured and performance-driven environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates, comprehensive tender documents, and detailed project budgets.
- Perform in-depth analysis of project specifications, architectural drawings, and site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for project evaluation.
- Develop and maintain internal management systems for tracking material costs and labor productivity.
- Ensure all estimation processes comply with project standards and internal company financial policies.
- Liaise with Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility is reflected in commercial proposals.
- Provide strategic support during contract negotiations and project kickoff meetings.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for advanced cost modeling and data analysis.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Construction, Landscaping, or a related academic field.
- 10 to 15 years of solid experience specifically within the landscaping and construction sectors.
- Must currently be residing in the UAE with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
- Prior GCC experience in a consultancy or contracting firm is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven capability to manage the estimation process independently with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external sales vendors.
- High level of proficiency in IT applications, including MS Excel and estimation software.
- Professional background in Human Resources policy compliance regarding labor cost estimations.
