🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide high-level direction to ensure academic excellence and the successful implementation of the institution’s long-term vision.
• Curriculum Oversight: Drive and maintain high standards within British or International curricula, ensuring content remains innovative and effective.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and evaluate high-performing academic teams, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all academic operations and staffing are in full alignment with UAE educational regulations and ADEK requirements.
• Student Outcomes: Monitor and support initiatives that drive outstanding student achievement and well-being across all key stages.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily academic operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and internal quality audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role (Vice Principal, Academic Head, or similar).
• Curriculum Expertise: Hands-on experience with British or International curricula is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven capability in team management, sound decision-making, and strategic academic planning.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, parents, and regulatory bodies.
