Job Description:

Marrfa Discovery is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Manager – HR & Admin to lead its human resources and administrative functions in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational structure, requiring a leader who can effectively manage workforce engagement while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor regulations. You will be responsible for developing HR policies, supervising recruitment initiatives, and maintaining efficient daily office operations for executive review. We are looking for a visionary professional with a strong background in management who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR and administrative activities to drive organizational productivity.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, and strategic employee integration.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational objectives and UAE Labour Law.
  • Supervise administrative teams to ensure high standards in daily office operations and facility management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing HR operations and administrative workflows.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Information Technology tools for HRIS and office automation.
  • Strong background in management of diverse teams and multi-functional departments.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding labor compliance and organizational behavior is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support business sales of corporate values.
