Senior Planning Engineer (Site-Based) – Habshan, Abu Dhabi

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project master schedules (Level 3/4) incorporating engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Progress Monitoring: Conduct real-time site progress tracking, identifying variances between planned vs. actual performance.
• Primavera P6 Mastery: Utilize advanced Primavera P6 features for resource loading, cost-integration, and critical path analysis (CPA).
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms for stakeholders.
• Milestone Management: Ensure all project deliverables and key milestones are met through proactive coordination with site construction teams.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential schedule risks and provide recovery plans to ensure project continuity and timely completion.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Sector Expertise: Mandatory experience working on large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is a mandatory requirement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Site Commitment: Full willingness to work on-site in Habshan, Abu Dhabi on a permanent basis.
• Competencies: Proven expertise in site-based progress tracking, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
