Job Description:
A prestigious café in Dubai Hills is currently seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its growing team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, requiring a confident leader who can maintain exceptional service standards in a high-end environment. You will be responsible for overseeing floor activities, managing the guest experience, and implementing effective sales and upselling strategies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and sophisticated service at all times.
- Manage the end-to-end guest experience, maintaining high hospitality standards and professionally handling special requests.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service staff to ensure consistent performance and strict adherence to brand standards.
- Implement and monitor effective upselling strategies to enhance sales revenue while improving guest satisfaction.
- Monitor team productivity and maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on the restaurant floor.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding recruitment, staff onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize Information Technology and POS systems to track floor metrics and operational data.
- Support ongoing education for the team regarding menu knowledge and refined service techniques.

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related academic discipline.
- Proven experience in a high-end café or upscale casual dining environment in the UAE.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse service team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for a premium sales and service setting.
- High level of IT literacy for managing restaurant operational software.
- Professional background in education or training related to luxury hospitality standards.
- Ability to handle floor management challenges with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
