Job Description:
We are seeking an organized Senior Storekeeper / Store Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. This role is designed for a leader who can manage high-volume material flow while supervising a dedicated team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished goods are handled with precision, maintaining the integrity of our inventory data through advanced tracking systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily store and warehouse operations to ensure a seamless manufacturing workflow.
- Supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks effectively, and maintain high productivity standards.
- Manage the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain precise inventory records using ERP software and other digital tracking systems.
- Coordinate closely with the production and procurement teams to align stock levels with demand.
- Conduct regular periodic stock counts and audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Enforce strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) compliance protocols.
- Uphold high standards of warehouse safety, organization, and documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in team handling and warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and administrative documentation skills.
- UAE experience is not mandatory; we welcome qualified candidates with relevant international experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Excel and modern ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex material movements.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and operational Human Resources management.
