🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening, behavioral interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and expert advice on talent availability and assessment.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Networking) to attract high-caliber passive candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and seamless candidate journey from first point of contact to successful onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across multiple business units to support rapid organizational growth.
- Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a comprehensive and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in handling senior-level or high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Sector Expertise: Experience in Real Estate recruitment or high-growth investment environments is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess talent effectively using structured interview techniques and modern recruitment metrics.
- Soft Skills: Ambitious, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organizational culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
