Shop Manager – Dubai & Abu Dhabi | 1004 Gourmet

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end daily operations across the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.
• Quality Management: Maintain rigorous standards for fresh food categories, including temperature monitoring and shelf-life tracking (FEFO).
• Staff Performance: Supervise, train, and mentor the retail team to deliver high-quality service and meet operational KPIs.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), coordinating with the supply chain to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
• Customer Service: Ensure that every guest receives a premium shopping experience in line with the gourmet brand image.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations regarding food handling.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in FMCG and fresh food operations is mandatory.
• Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to lead in a dynamic, high-pressure retail setting.
• Status: Candidates must be currently residing inside the UAE.
• Availability: Preference will be given to those who can join immediately.
• Skills: Deep understanding of retail operational controls, merchandising, and customer psychology.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or a related discipline.
