Showroom Assistant – Dubai, UAE | Interior & Furniture Retail

Job Description:

The Showroom Assistant will welcome visiting retail customers, demonstrate furniture products, assist floor sales activities, maintain showroom merchandising presentation, and partner with store management teams to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visiting clients warmly, offering attentive customer service across the showroom floor.
• Provide detailed product specifications, materials information, and customization options for furniture collections.
• Maintain impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing product displays according to retail presentation standards.
• Support floor sales executives with client inquiries, price tags, product catalog guidance, and sales order entry.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse personnel to track product availability and schedule customer deliveries.
• Assist showroom supervisors with daily opening/closing procedures and basic retail administrative tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / University Graduation is strictly mandatory.
• Age criteria: 23 to 40 years old.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant customer service, retail, or showroom sales experience are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer relationship building skills in English.
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude with an enthusiasm for furniture retail and interior design.

• Basic salary of AED 1,400 per month.
