Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to join our team in Musaffah. This role is fundamental to our client service framework, requiring a professional who can act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage showroom inquiries for management and sales review. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing front desk operations, and supporting the sales team with administrative coordination. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Automotive Customer Service and a presentable, professional attitude. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner across our Abu Dhabi facility.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls and customer inquiries to meet management service standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and sales teams to ensure smooth customer flow and efficient coordination of visitors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area while assisting with basic administrative tasks.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and communication tools for professional call handling and inquiry management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional UAE experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in management of front desk operations and client relationship coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding high-end customer service and communication.
  • Mandatory Arabic speaker with total fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude and immediate availability to join our team.
