Job Description:
Edition Living is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to manage villa renovation projects across the UAE, with a specific focus on MEP works. This role is fundamental to our residential operations, requiring a hands-on professional who can ensure that high-end projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining the strict quality standards our clients expect. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure all villa renovation works are carried out according to approved plans.
- Coordinate effectively between workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless management of the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement strict quality control measures for all MEP and civil works.
- Ensure all site operations comply with UAE health and safety standards and local regulations.
- Manage resource allocation and material deliveries in coordination with the engineering team.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding manpower requirements and site staff performance.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for daily reporting and progress tracking for senior leadership.
- Support sales and estimation teams by providing accurate on-site data and technical insights.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in villa renovation projects specifically within the UAE market.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and residential operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse site teams effectively.
- High level of IT literacy for digital documentation and project coordination.
- Professional background in education or training related to safety and site supervision is a plus.
- Capability to handle management challenges and meet tight project deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on high-quality finishing and customer satisfaction.
