Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Needs Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our developmental framework, requiring a professional who can design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for management and parental review. You will be responsible for delivering structured learning sessions, providing behavioral support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic development. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Special Education and child psychology. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children in Abu Dhabi.
  • Deliver structured learning sessions and facilitate educational activities to meet management academic standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary teams regarding behavioral support, student progress, and parental coordination.
  • Monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies to align with each child’s unique learning requirements.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for progress tracking, reporting, and instructional management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or ABA.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically working with children with special needs in the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of individualized education plans, classroom behavior, and early childhood practices.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding developmental psychology and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Mandatory MOE Equivalency and MOFA attested degree certificates are required for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for working with children in a fast-paced educational environment.
