Job Description:

We are expanding our institutional capacity and seeking experienced, motivated, and structured healthcare practitioners to fill two vital clinical positions within our professional medical operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring healthcare professionals who can deliver medical execution precision for management and health outcome performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing advanced diagnostic paths, organizing therapeutic intervention tracks, updating medical documentation charts, archiving patient compliance files, and executing precise clinical care pathways. Available Clinical Positions:

1. Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon

  • A valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Specialist License is strictly mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven professional orthopedic surgical experience in a high-volume clinical environment.
  • Advanced expertise in bone and joint trauma management, corrective musculoskeletal interventions, and pre/post-operative patient care.

2. Registered Nurse

  • BSc in Nursing from an accredited institution is strictly mandatory.
  • A valid DHA Registered Nurse License or official DHA Eligibility Letter is required.
  • Strong clinical nursing skills, treatment room coordination, and rapid multi-tasking capabilities; Tagalog-speaking candidates will be given preference to support patient group demographics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day outpatient care paths, diagnostic routines, and emergency room preparations to meet management and DHA health quality standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing treatment administration charts, tracking diagnostic file alignments, and archiving therapeutic histories with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, laboratory units, surgical theater staff, and nursing heads to facilitate professional organizational coordination of integrated clinical procedures.
  • Formulate clear patient progress indices, compile legal medical records, verify consent parameters, and manage immediate clinical problem-solving routines to avoid patient flow bottlenecks.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology networks and EMR databases to update patient diagnostics, log drug distributions, and distribute health alerts across medical divisions.

  • Relevant Medical Degree (MD/MBBS with Specialization) or BSc Nursing Degree matching the respective professional role criteria.
