Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Store Head to join our professional retail team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead retail operations for management and commercial performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store functions, driving sales growth, and ensuring brand standards are met. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Luxury Retail Operations, Team Leadership, and Customer Experience and a proactive approach to enhancing store performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations to meet management and operational benchmarks.
- Support commercial integrity in Dubai, driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate professional organizational coordination of team training and motivation.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics for strategic growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the jewellery retail industry.
- Strong background in management of retail teams and high-end customer service.
- Professional background in education regarding sales acumen, store presentation, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a results-driven mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai luxury environment.
