🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels meticulously, track every movement of goods, and perform regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving materials, ensuring proper storage categorization, and managing timely dispatch.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal management to ensure a seamless supply chain.
• Facility Maintenance: Uphold a clean, safe, and highly organized environment within the Al Quoz store area, following 5S principles.
• Digital Reporting: Ensure all inventory records are updated in real-time within the ERP or inventory control software.
• Documentation: Manage all material handling paperwork, including Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Advice.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven UAE-based experience in a storekeeping or warehouse environment.
• Education: High school diploma; specialized diplomas in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of inventory management procedures and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively between various departments.
• Stamina: Ability to manage a demanding workload and follow strict operational procedures.
• Availability: Ready to work the 06:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Mon-Sat) shift.
