Job Description:

L’ETO Group is currently hiring a Store Man / Storekeeper to join its operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for maintaining the operational heartbeat of our outlets, ensuring that every product—from specialty ingredients to premium retail items—is accounted for and maintained in peak condition. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our inventory, focusing heavily on stock control, product freshness, and efficient space utilization. We are looking for an organized professional with a keen eye for detail who can support our daily store operations by ensuring that all stock is handled with care and documented with total accuracy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily storekeeping operations and execute rigorous inventory control activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring all documentation is ready for audit.
  • Monitor product freshness, quality, and storage conditions in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal Management to ensure the timely availability of high-demand items.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and digital Information Technology systems to generate detailed inventory reports.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding material handling safety training for the store team.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, hygiene protocols, and international storage procedures.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, reporting any discrepancies to suppliers immediately.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Store Man or Storekeeper within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of stock control, FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to ensure product freshness and maintain rigorous quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English to coordinate with a multicultural culinary team.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to manage site-based stock movement effectively.
