Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who can blend strategic commercial thinking with hands-on team leadership. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the store, from driving aggressive sales growth to maintaining flawless visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can inspire a multicultural team to deliver exceptional service while meticulously managing inventory and operational costs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily store operations including sales, inventory management, cash handling, and security.
- Drive consistent sales growth through local marketing strategies, in-store promotions, and performance monitoring.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store team members through regular training and performance coaching.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle any customer complaints with professional efficiency.
- Manage high-volume inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and coordinating effectively with suppliers.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor financial KPIs, analyze P&L statements, and strictly control operational costs.
- Liaise with the Management team to develop and implement long-term store business plans.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department regarding staff recruitment, scheduling, and labor law compliance.
- Coordinate with the Engineering or facilities team for store maintenance and technical equipment upkeep.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Business or Retail Management.
- Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, specifically in a store management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and successfully achieving high-performance targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse retail team.
- Exceptional customer service abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of retail math, inventory systems, and financial performance monitoring.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
- Proficiency in retail software (POS systems) and Microsoft Office applications.
