Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Reception: Receive and inspect incoming medical supplies, ensuring all items match purchase orders and medical quality standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain real-time inventory records and perform routine stock counts, reconciliations, and internal audits.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all pharmaceuticals and consumables are stored according to DHA/MOH temperature and safety regulations.
- Expiry Management: Proactively monitor expiry dates, managing near-expiry or obsolete inventory to prevent waste and ensure patient safety.
- Material Issuance: Process internal stock requests with precision, ensuring all issues are supported by authorized documentation.
- Replenishment Coordination: Work closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of storekeeping experience within the UAE healthcare sector (Mandatory).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical consumables, surgical equipment, and basic pharmaceutical storage requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Inventory Management Systems or ERP software.
- Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of UAE healthcare storage standards (MOH/DHA).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and stock reconciliation.
