Available Positions:

  • Storekeeper – MEP (3 Positions): Focused on Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing specialized components.
  • Storekeeper – Civil (3 Positions): Focused on structural materials, finishing items, and general construction supplies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Manage the complete lifecycle of site inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Material Verification: Inspect incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery notes to ensure quality and quantity compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of stock movement, Material Request Forms (MRF), and Bin Cards.
  • Storage Optimization: Ensure materials are stored safely according to HSE standards and manufacturer recommendations to prevent damage.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Site Engineers and the Procurement department to flag low stock levels and avoid project delays.
  • Audit Support: Participate in periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancy between physical and system stock.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated professional experience as a Storekeeper on MEP or Civil construction projects in the UAE.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with MEP materials (Cables, Pipes, Valves, Switchgear) and/or Civil materials (Rebar, Aggregates, Cement, Scaffolding).
  • Skills: Proficiency in stock management software and basic MS Excel for record-keeping.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume stock movements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Effective coordination skills to interact with diverse site teams and external suppliers.
  • Education: Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
