🔹 Open Positions:

  • Storekeeper (English & Arabic): Mandatory bilingual proficiency for documentation and team liaison.
  • Storekeeper (English): Strong command of English for reporting and procedural adherence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in stock records, ensuring all material movements are captured in the system.
  • Stock Control: Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials according to established company procedures and safety standards.
  • Quality Inspection: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes, checking for quantity and quality discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisitions, and periodic stock take reports.
  • Warehouse Organization: Optimize storage space and ensure items are binned and labeled correctly for easy retrieval.
  • Audit Support: Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure the physical stock matches digital records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role.
  • Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English for both roles; Arabic fluency is required for one position.
  • Education: Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software (like SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Attributes: High level of organizational discipline, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
