🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Administer and oversee core academic systems including SMS, LMS, ESIS, and ADEK Pass.
• Regulatory Reporting: Manage all ADEK and ESIS requirements, including inspections, audits, and official data submissions.
• Data Governance: Ensure the absolute accuracy, compliance, and proper governance of student and academic records.
• Academic Support: Coordinate essential academic processes such as timetabling, assessment tracking, and transcript generation.
• Workflow Optimization: Improve system integrations and reporting accuracy to streamline academic operations.
• Staff Guidance: Provide training and best-practice guidance to staff on system usage and data entry standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing school-specific software (ESIS, SMS, LMS) and timetabling platforms.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high capacity for managing complex data sets.
• Focus: This is a specialized systems coordination role; it is not a general IT support or hardware maintenance position.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi educational standards and ADEK compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
