Job Description:

The Tandoori Chef will prepare a variety of tandoor specialties, ensure efficient kitchen operations, and deliver consistently flavorful dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including chicken, tikka, kebabs, naan, and other specialties.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor while ensuring food is cooked to the highest quality standards.
• Follow food preparation procedures and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Adhere to food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Tandoori Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs, naan, and other tandoor items.
• Good understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
