Teacher / Teacher Assistant / Nurse – Dubai, UAE | Creative Home Nursery

Open Positions:

• Teacher: Lead the classroom with creative lesson plans and nurturing guidance.
• Teacher Assistant: Support the lead teacher in daily activities and child supervision.
• Nurse: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children within the nursery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Nurturing Environment: Create a safe, patient, and encouraging learning space that supports the development of young learners.
• Behavioral Guidance: Use a supportive approach to promote confidence, discipline, and positive behavior in children.
• Interaction: Maintain strong interpersonal communication with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Health & Safety: (For Nurses) Monitor health records, manage minor injuries, and ensure hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Activity Planning: (For Teachers/Assistants) Assist in organizing and executing engaging educational and creative activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must possess relevant certifications/degrees in Early Childhood Education (EYFS preferred), Childcare, or Nursing (DHA licensed preferred for nurses).
• Attributes: Patient, encouraging, and committed to a supportive teaching style.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with young children.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children is a distinct advantage but not strictly mandatory.
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority for specific vacant roles.
