Open Positions:

  • Team Leader (Dubai): Focused on shift excellence, floor management, and direct team supervision.
  • MUM / Area Manager (Dubai & Abu Dhabi): Focused on multi-unit performance, strategic growth, and P&L accountability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and speed of service.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate diverse teams to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment.
  • Performance Targets: Drive sales, manage labor costs, and control food wastage to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and profitability goals.
  • Shift Leadership: Effectively handle complex shift patterns, peak-hour surges, and immediate operational challenges.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer feedback and service quality to build brand loyalty.
  • Strategic Reporting: For Area Managers, oversee regional performance and coordinate with the corporate office on growth initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Industry Background: Mandatory hands-on experience within the QSR or Restaurant industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven capability in managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and developing talent.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and often physically demanding environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Financial Literacy: (For MUM roles) Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
