Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Stewardship: Lead the general services budgeting and forecasting process, conducting rigorous monthly expense monitoring to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Facilities & Housing: Oversee the full spectrum of office and accommodation operations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and preventive maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Handle critical service contracts for security, catering, travel, and logistics, ensuring high service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Tendering Support: Assist in technical scope preparation and the evaluation of commercial bids for general services procurement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise GS teams across multiple onshore locations, ensuring operational alignment and high performance.
- Corporate Events: Manage high-visibility VIP visits and coordinate participation in major industry events such as ADIPEC.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HSE policies, sanitation standards, and safety regulations across all managed facilities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is mandatory; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of senior-level experience in administration, general services, or facilities management, ideally within the energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on data analysis and reporting via Excel.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior government authorities and VIPs.
- Professionalism: Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to cost optimization and vendor relationship management.
- Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately (ASAP).
