The Technical Manager will lead technical operations for major civil infrastructure developments, review engineering design submissions, coordinate authority approvals, and direct project teams under senior management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical management activities for major roads, highways, underpasses, and utility network construction.
- Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and contract documentation to ensure total compliance.
- Liaise directly with Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, and other government authorities to secure technical clearances.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve complex site issues.
- Oversee technical submissions, shop drawing reviews, and quality control protocols throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide strategic engineering guidance to support project planning, scheduling, and timely execution.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 16+ years of professional civil infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years as a Technical or Engineering Manager.
- Extensive hands-on background managing roads, highways, and utility networks within the UAE.
- Proven experience working alongside Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, and local government authorities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
