🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Direct and oversee CAD operations, technical shop drawings, and detailed design coordination for complex aquatic projects.
  • Design Coordination: Lead technical reviews and design meetings, ensuring seamless integration between architectural concepts and engineering feasibility.
  • BIM & AutoCAD Governance: Provide advanced oversight for BIM coordination (LOD 300/400) and AutoCAD standards across the design and site teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pool and landscape developments meet strict Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and safety standards.
  • Site-Design Liaison: Bridge the gap between engineering office and on-site execution, resolving technical clashes and providing immediate problem-solving support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to drive projects from design development to final handover.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of proven experience specifically in swimming pool, landscape, or related infrastructure construction.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of pool filtration systems, MEP for aquatic features, and hardscape/softscape engineering.
  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit tools is essential for this technical leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and coordination capabilities with a track record of managing high-value, complex project workflows.
  • UAE Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE construction authority requirements and authority approval processes.
