Job Description:

The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle technical hiring, source IT candidates, evaluate skill competencies, manage client communications, and build talent pipelines under recruitment management in Dubai. Explore further technology talent opportunities on our IT jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for specialized technical and IT engineering positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a active candidate pipeline for niche technical skill sets across regional markets.
• Liaise directly with client hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand detailed job specifications and technical requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, technical screenings, and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, and meet monthly hiring quotas.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Technical Recruitment, specifically within software, IT, or engineering domains.
• Proven track record working within an agency recruitment environment is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate screening, interview structuring, and closing technical talent.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE; candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
