Job Description:

Farnek is recruiting technical specialists to execute preventive and corrective MEP maintenance, perform complex HVAC and chiller troubleshooting, maintain audio-visual installations, ensure equipment reliability, and collaborate with engineering management teams to maintain high facility operation standards across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive and emergency corrective maintenance across HVAC, MEP, AV, and chiller installations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system faults in centrifugal chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and MEP plant rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections, health checks, and parameter monitoring to ensure optimal machinery performance.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and resolve technical building operational issues.
• Adhere strictly to corporate health and safety guidelines, environmental standards, and permit-to-work protocols.
• Maintain detailed work logs, equipment repair history records, and service reports within the CAFM system.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant Technical Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent technical accreditation in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical maintenance experience within facilities management or MEP contracting.
• Proven expertise in chiller maintenance, HVAC systems, MEP repair, or commercial audio-visual setups.
• Prior GCC or UAE experience in total facilities management operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
