Job Description:

Leads Freight LLC is currently seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join its Dubai operations in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4. This role is fundamental to our business development strategy, requiring a confident professional who can effectively communicate our logistics value proposition to a diverse range of potential clients. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client inquiries, and achieving consistent growth targets within the freight sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate high-quality business leads.
  • Identify specific customer logistics needs and present tailored freight service solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of repeat business.
  • Meticulously follow up on all inquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue and volume targets.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM systems to track leads and update client records.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding performance evaluations and professional development goals.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a proven ability for persuasive negotiation.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • High level of IT literacy for managing digital sales pipelines and reporting.
  • Professional background in education or training within the logistics and freight industry is an advantage.
  • Confident, goal-oriented personality with a passion for high-growth sales.
  • Non-Indian candidates are preferred for this specific position.
