About the Role:
The Telesales Specialist will proactively engage with prospective and existing patients to recommend appropriate clinical services, manage inbound inquiries, and convert leads into appointments while ensuring excellent patient care and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement: Proactively reach out to patients and recommend appropriate clinical services.
- Inbound Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information about treatments and promotions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly telesales KPIs, including bookings, conversions, and follow-ups.
- CRM Management: Log and maintain detailed records of all patient interactions in the clinic CRM.
- Customer Care: Follow up on pending leads, missed appointments, and treatment plans to maximize conversions.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working in telesales, call centre, or similar role.
- Healthcare clinic experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding telesales or booking targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong active listening ability.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or clinic management software is advantageous.
- Willing to work on-site in Dubai or Oman when required.
