🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface Design: Architect user-centric interfaces that ensure smooth, consistent, and enjoyable experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize user journey flows.
  • User Research: Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to identify pain points and gather actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Developer Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into functional interfaces.
  • Design Standards: Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system, ensuring accessibility standards and UX best practices are upheld.
  • Visual Consistency: Ensure a unified look and feel across all digital touchpoints to strengthen brand identity.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX work and successful digital projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of visual design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Accessibility: Solid understanding of WCAG standards and designing for inclusive user experiences.
