🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and engineer custom UPS solutions based on specific client load requirements, autonomy needs, and site conditions.
• Technical Tendering: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including detailed submittals, compliance statements, and pricing.
• Sales Support: Act as the technical authority during the presales cycle, providing expert guidance to the sales team to close high-value projects.
• Client Engagement: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and lead technical discussions during client meetings and consultant reviews.
• Project Scoping: Participate in site surveys to assess electrical infrastructure and ensure the proposed UPS system integrates seamlessly.
• Customer Excellence: Maintain a high standard of day-to-day service, ensuring all technical inquiries are resolved with precision and speed.

🔹 Requirements:

• Expertise: Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience specifically within the UPS systems industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Presales Acumen: Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role with a focus on delivering engineered solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in preparing technical submittals, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and commercial offer structures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
